Tattoo Aftercare

• Leave Saniderm on for up to 24 hours. 

• Thoroughly wash hands before touching tattoo. 

• Carefully remove the bandage. 

• Wash tattoo with antibacterial soap & warm water. 

• Rinse with cool water. 

• Pat dry with paper towels. 

• DO NOT use cloth towels due to possible presence of bacteria. 

• Apply a THIN layer of provided ointment 2-3 times a day for the first week. 

• When peeling/flaking begins switch to unscented colorless lotion. 

• DO NOT scratch or pick the tattoo during this stage. 

• Always wash hands before touching the tattoo. 

• To ensure a healthy healing tattoo avoid soaking in water, tight fitting clothing, and excessive sun exposure.
